The Sales Order Simplifier is a flexible and easy to use interface with most SBT, AccPac and Sage Pro Series systems for data entry and processing Sales Order Shipments.
Orders can be shipped at the time of data entry or be placed in a holding file for later shipment. This utility is useful in cases when warehouse employees are “picking” an order and another employee is responsible for adding shipping charges or when the shipping and invoicing process is subject to manager audit and approval.
Packing slips can be generated at the time of order picking or during the shipment approval process.

- Data can be entered directly from a workstation keyboard, a wireless scanner or an external data file through the SO Simplifier interface.
- Serialized or non-serialized inventory, stores, lots and bins are all supported in the SO Simplifier.
- Divide imported files with multiple sales orders into individual files for each order to allow on-screen editing.
- User settings are flexible. Access privileges to costing and processing functions can be turned on or off. Non-privileged users can be allowed to import external files to a holding area for processing by an authorized manager.
- A packing slip can be generated at the time of order picking or during the shipment process.

- Mass Ship: the SO Simplifier includes a “Mass Ship” utility. If you have orders that can be shipped complete, simply press the Mass Ship button and enter in criteria to select the sales orders to ship. The shipping process continues with no additional user intervention required.
