• Annual Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA) are available for all DDP products @ 20% of product price. SMA includes access to patches, upgrades and product design changes at no charge. Products out of SMA coverage can be upgraded at 50% of current product price. • DDP will provide technical assistance with product installation and activation at current technical support hourly rates. • Products are warranted to perform according to design specifications at time of purchase.
